Beneficiaries. In connection with this Assignment, Insurer is notified that all previous beneficiary designations are revoked and new beneficiaries are set forth on the attached Change of Beneficiary. 6. Insurance Premiums. Assignee assumes all responsibility for all future payments and agrees that Insurer shall look solely to Assignee for payment of these premiums. 7. Effect on Policy. The other provisions of the policy shall remain in full force and effect. The right to change beneficiaries or to transfer or assign ownership is transferred to Assignee. 8. More Than One Policy. If more than policy is involved, the changes effected shall apply to all policies listed by number and face amount. 9. Endorsement Of Change. If the policies require Endorsement of Assignment, Assignor requests that Insurer waive all such requirements and attach a copy of this instrument to Insurer's file copy of the policy. 10. Effective Date. This Assignment, upon being filed with Insurer, will take effect as of the date of the notice, except as to any payment made by Insurer before the notice is received by Insurer. 11.
